Classic Hawaiian dish, Lomi Lomi Salmon

Lomi Lomi Salmon is a classic Hawaiian side dish made with salted salmon, fresh tomatoes, Maui onions and green onions. It is usually served alongside other Hawaiian dishes like Kalua pig, poke, lau lau and poi.

In this recipe, it is made with lightly cured salmon and fresh yellow peppers along with tomatoes and onions.   • Sashimi-grade Salmon 1/2 lb. (225g)
  • Tomato seeded and diced. 1 cup
  • Red Onion finely diced. 1/2 cup
  • Yellow Pepper diced. 1 cup
  • Green Onion chopped. (green parts only) 1/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil (optional)
  • Macadamia Nut Hawaiian Seasoning 1.5 tbsp
  • Sea Salt (for curing) 1 tbsp
